SCREEN PRINTING
What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is a process where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto a surface. Making certain areas of the screen impervious to printing ink creates a stencil, which blocks the printing ink from passing through the screen. The ink that passes through forms the printed image.
Why Screen Printing?

Screen Printing ink gets absorbed very deeply giving you vivid and bright colors and maximum durability. Once set up, you can produce hundreds of t-shirts with the same design at a blazing fast speed. It is compatible with most fabrics when you use the right mix of inks and screens for the fabric you will be working on.

DIRECT-TO-GARMENTÂ PRINTING
What is DTG?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) is a method where a digital printer is used to print a design directly onto a garment using inkjet technology. With this process, the inks are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. Imagine an inkjet printer, but using a blank garment instead of paper- and that’s essentially how DTG printing works.

Why DTG?

Since DTG is printed using a digital printer, it has less color limitations than screen printing, which allows for more versatility since you are not required to match colors by inks and pantones. Because of this, the print stays pretty close to true color. Additionally, with DTG, customization is super simple. Since you are able to print an image directly on a garment, DTG does not require any up-front investment, inventory commitments, or set-up requirements. DTG helps us invest more in artists and less in inventory, providing more opportunities for artists to be creative and take design risks while giving them more canvases to explore.
CUT & SEW
PATTERN MAKING
What is Cut & Sew?
Cut and sew is a process for the manufacture of clothing where the design and pattern are printed on the raw cloth from which the garment is cut, ensuring full color, edge to edge print of the design and color. It is a design process where the garment is printed before it is made to produce higher quality garments since each item is carefully crafted by hand. A characteristic of the process is close attention to detail that is used to produce high quality clothing that perfectly matches the vision of the designer.

Why Cut & Sew?
The cut and sew process of garment manufacturing has greatly enhanced the production methods for the clothing industry by eliminating the need for patterns when building a new brand or unique clothing designs. It provides a less restrictive and more creative method for producing high quality and fashionable clothing.
The main benefit of cut and sew manufacturing is the increased amount of control that is available over every step of the process from design creation, to printing, cutting, sewing, and completion. Instead of relying on premade garments that have to be adjusted. Cut and sew allows designers to produce their own, original creations efficiently and effectively.
